Sagen vedrørte størrelsen af leje og tilbagebetaling af depositum. Huslejenansvnets afgørelse blev indbragt for anken uden for den fastsatte tidsfrist. In a letter sent on 8 May 2023, the Board of Appeals made the A aware that the case according to the Board of Appeals’ calculation was submitted too late, and that a rejection of the appeal is to be expected.
